Before Arriving

Necessary documents

Day of departure

• [ ] Check-in online 24 hours before
• [ ] Arrive at least 3 hours early

Tip: make a folder with all the sheets and documents you will need and keep it close

Transfer

• You may have to wait for more than 40 min
• The week of your departure you will receive all transfer instructions including meeting point

First day

Orientation on Monday:

• Starts at 8:30am
• Bring your passport and phone number
• Visit to the school
• Presentation of staff
• Placement test
• Get to know the school and surroundings
• Tips about SIM Card & transport
• Free/Low Cost Activity in the afternoon

You will receive your class schedule at the end of the day, or on Tuesday morning, it will also be available on the Campus Connect app
